What you'll do

Meet the hidden bits — the little mini-game that shows up when the factory's quiet, and a board of secret achievements to hunt down.

Tofu Runner

When you have no jobs running, the Work screen isn't blank — it hands you a little endless-runner game.

How to play: press Spacebar (or click the game) to start and to jump. Help the tofu mascot hop over obstacles and rack up points.

It's quietly tied to your real work:

• Fuel from finished jobs. Every job that finishes buys the mascot 5 minutes of running time.
• A free start. New users get enough fuel to run right away.
• A speed boost from the terminal. Time spent in the live terminal (page 9) makes the mascot run faster for a while.

Your high score and total running time are saved, so they're still there next time you open the app.

The Easter egg hunt

There's a secret achievement board tracking hidden things scattered around the app. Open it at /easter-eggs in your browser's address bar.

Achievements surface in the Tofu Runner game on the empty Work screen — there isn't a separate board.

You should now see

• The tofu mascot running on an empty Work screen.
• Points climbing as you jump.
• An achievement list on /easter-eggs tracking what you've found.

If something's not right

Problem	What to do
The mascot just stands there	It's out of fuel — finish a job to earn another 5 minutes.
Jumping doesn't respond	Click inside the game first so it has focus, then press Spacebar.
The Easter egg page won't load	Type /easter-eggs right after the app's address in your browser.

You've finished the guide

That's everything. You can install and open TofuFactory, set up your AI workers and a spending limit, hand off jobs and watch them get checked and merged, steer the AI when it wanders, supervise from the dashboard and get alerts, reuse work with templates and GitHub, chain jobs into pipelines, work hands-on in the terminal, read your code history, and tune the factory's prompts, costs, and warm-agent pool. When something's off, you know where the checklist and the logs are.
